The house
As you can see on the pictures, the house is quite big with a large yard. We have a pool but not heated so you won't be able to use it during winter (Dec-Feb).
The house is in a little village of beautiful Burgundy. It is 15 min from Beaune (famous city for the Hotel Dieu, wine yards...), 45 min from Dijon (the mustard city), 1 1/2 hour from Lyon, 2 1/2 hours from downtown Paris (by train) and even close to Switzerland (Geneva).

We have a car to exchange, Citroën.
The house comes with 2 sweet female dogs, a Labrador and Brittany spaniel, they live outside, someone will come and feed them to make it easier for you, they just need love and kisses !
Our cleaning lady will come twice a week.

The neighborhood
Our village is small (200 inhabitants) which make it very quiet ! But close to the city of Beaune, you can find more information on this website : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beaune
Wine tasting is a very popular attraction in Beaune.
The people
Michel is 49 years old, he's a Color Account Manager for Europe.
Sandrine is 35 years old, she works in customer services in a wine company "Louis Jadot".
Lucas is 6 years old and a very sweet boy.
We are looking to spend 2 weeks in Perth from December 24th, 2011 to January 7th, 2012.
Our house would be available at the same time.
We understand it will be summer in Australia and Winter in France. If you are not interested into a home exchange at those dates. Maybe you would like to rent your house for those 2 weeks if you are planning to spend next christmas somewhere else. We would consider renting it. Please contact us with your price.
